I was wondering if anyone was thinking about picking up a watch from AliExpress during their anniversary sale and if so, what watch?

I ordered a Seagull dress watch with a small seconds hand and have been very impressed with it. Just curious if anyone is going to pick up a watch or two or three. . .

Judging by the videos showing up in my YouTube feed, *everyone* is buying the 10 best bargain watches during the sale!

Personally I've had my eye on the Berny T2566 titanium field watch for a while and promised myself I'd pull the trigger if it was reduced. I didn't actually save a heck of a lot more than the standard discount... but a promise is a promise and I didn't want to make a liar out of myself.

I have a number of other items on my wish list but I'm on a tight budget so that's it for now.

I got a San Martin GMT that is one of their non-homage pieces. I had a Seiko 5 GMT, but no matter how much I tried to protect it the Hardlex got a bad scratch. I cannot understand why Seiko insists on not using sapphire.
