The Islander
This little Islander was my first dive watch I ever bought. At 38mm it was amazing how well it fit my 6” wrist.

Cool watch man! Marc who owns that microbrand is a super cool guy who prioritizes customer service (as long as your not an idiot who dropped his watch on a tile floor and then calls it defective or something to that effect).
Such a good fit! I also have a similar size wrist and am planning to get an Islander dive watch at some point.
