There are moments of silence (few times) during interview sessions where you can hear the Weekender ticks. Idk if that would add suspense making the candidates anxious or nervous.
But you can definitely feel the pressure in the room which I sometimes pity them. However in order for us to choose the right candidates as a Swim Instructor, they need to be able to withstand pressure and stress cause we are teachers.
Level of patience need to be top notch so you can face the various behaviours from the kids.
