Wife is very aquatic and is looking for a swim watch with some versatility (no trad divers)
Suggestions? She has a very small wrist (~15 - 15.5cm) and probably would want to avoid traditional divers with a bezel, although the Oris Diver 65 38mm in the fun bright colors seemed to get her attention (as well as the Nomos Campus Club 36). Bonus for fun colors! Ideally 38mm and under.

Maybe the Nomos Ahoi? I personally love the versatility and the blue dial!
My GF rotates an Oris Aquis and a Nomos Ahoi. Both can be fun, colorfull, and water resistant.
Some sort of seiko alpinist or a CW sealander would be my choice, or if the long lugs aren't a problem then a Nomos club sport 37mm.
Check out the Aquamatic collection from Farer. They do have a dive bezel, but maybe the colors will win her over! Plus, each one comes with a rubber strap, a NATO-style strap and a steel bracelet, very versatile.
