Good afternoon WC!
Just joined to satiate my interest in finding new (to me at least) and interesting watches. I've only recently discovered the microbrand thing and have been very impressed with what these small watch designers are coming up with. I recently bought two from a couple of British micros despite being a long time Seiko fanboy (Marchand and Marlow). I also enjoy tinkering and currently figuring out how to repair a Seiko 6119c which had its hairspring wiped out by an errant screw. Currently wearing my very inexpensive quartz Marchand chrono. Look forward to chatting to you all and learning about some lovely new watches.

Thanks for highlighting Marchand. Those are nice, and affordable.
Cheers Ticky. Yes they are great value and I'm a sucker for a rectangular case. Kind of wish I got their panda version, but still very happy and have been wearing it daily. Love the guilt-free feeling of affordable watches.
Just discovered that the Marchand I have seems to be a take on the Tag Heurer Monza. I wasn't aware of that...
