I am a big fan of the new GBD-200 from Casio, but their Achilles heel has always been the "questionable" straps. I really want one of the cool composite link ones, but in the absence of that bracelet, a $20 adapter does the trick!
This is a full metal, 22mm width adapter that replaces the stock strap and plastic adapter using the stock "lug" screws. Went in with minimal fuss, and now any 22mm strap will fit!
Have it on a amazon-version of the tactical Frog velcro (for the FXD) for the moment until I find a suitable rubber strap. Works a treat, and much preferable for me to the stock plastic fantastic.

Can't discount one of the best tools for "any" job
Watch the pins on those adaptors as I had one let go because of the cheap pins.
I never liked the current adapters and have been waiting for a solution to their "lug problem"

Thanks for the heads up, I'll swap them with a different pair

The J&K adapter, or the stock one?

Any adapter. I thought the design handcuffed the product all these yrs. I know why, for added protection, but to me it has been a missed oppty.

I get it. Yeah they say it is a designed part of the protection. This is the first gshock that I've bought an adapter to be able to use a different strap. Previous I just accepted it. I really like this one though, and wanted to have something more comfortable.
