Black case/white dial help!
I am once again turning to the WC community in my hour of need.*
I need* a quartz watch with a black case.
I need* it to have a white dial.
I need* it to have atomic clock capability.
But for the life of me I can't find one in my budget. The two pictures above are in the right direction, but one is GPS (and priced north of $1500), and the other is through Citizen's custom website, which I suspect is JDM only.
Any other ideas out there? I'm a fan of this look, but I haven't been able to find one yet. Budget is flexible, but not too interested above $700ish, and I'm brand agnostic.

You could buy these, do a case swap and sell the other.
Thus is probably as close to those specs as you can hope. It's a nice looking piece!
