Double NWA!
This one is pretty cool for a couple reasons. The 7yo girl has taken an interest in my collection recently, as I’ve started to take it more seriously, so she had a watch on her bday list. Consulted some WC threads, and went with the Rainbow Parchie Pal. And keeping consistent, I couldn’t wait for her bday and am a couple months early giving it to her. Wife will find out in the morning I couldn’t wait ha and gave in early!
Been researching and wanting a bronze watch for a couple years now, on and off. Almost got an Oris big crown pointer which has an awesome bezel, almost got the Oris Carl Brashear, thought about the BB58 bronze, and almost got several others - but always came back to the Black Bay Bronze heritage with the brown dial/bezel. Love the slate version too, but brown is something different and complements the rest of collection. Hands and markers are way nicer in person, so very happy how it’s going so far.
P.S. wife is also going to find out about mine tomorrow too 😂
