Just put my name on the list at the Rolex AD
First time to experience putting my name on the list for a Rolex at the Rolex AD here in the Philippines. No hassle, friendly staff, and most of all no trying to sell me oyster perpetuals or datejusts to gain store favor. I guess not all Rolex ADs are created equal. I have heard horror stories. This one was great.
Now to wait for that phone call. Maybe i'll get it before my son starts college so i can gift it to him. He just turned 1 year last month.

At a football match when the keeper is about to take a goal kick in front of the other teams fans, there is a collective woooooooooooooohh just as he kicks it. Think of this community like that, we have all started with the tiniest murmur……it will increase over time and then, in about 3 years time (maybe 5) we will all be doing the woooooooooooooohh as you pick it up 😂😂😂😂

Great choice. Hope you get the call soon or at least befor your 1 year old goes to college. I am similarly going to gift all my Rolex to my daughter one day. Send them a follow up email in a week then touch base with text, or, or stopping by every so often. My first Rolex took 1.5 years to get.
Soon you will be a member of the rolex club, just keep the checkbook ready for when they call you on a moments notice.
Maybe that's the trick to get a watch you want, tell them you want something harder to get and hope they try to get you to buy the actual watch you want 🤔

But i've already promised myself i won't buy a rolex from gray market. Haha. Its ok i have enough watches to keep me busy 😁

She did ask if i also want an explorer 2. Everything was display only of course. I was honest with her and told her explorer 2 isnt my type. 😁

Put a small amount of cash, say $250USD in some stock and when you get "the call" you can cash in the stock and it will be the least expensive Rolex you will ever buy... 😎
