Best leather strap available on Amazon?

Hey guys, I’m looking to buy a brown leather strap that won’t break the bank for my Seiko SSA231 (I tried to clean mine with some leather chemicals and totally ruined it). I live in Chile and buying from amazon is the easiest choice regarding taxes and such.

So I call on the collective wisdom of the Crunch to ask for your recomendations for the best leather straps that I can buy from Amazon.

Any pictures/experience you have will be much appretiated!

You can get some Barton straps on Amazon, but I don't think they list the full range.

Thank you! I saw some, but don’t really have any experience with the brand, do you have any straps from them?

I have two, a canvas and a leather NATO. They aren't my favourite brand but they do solid work. The only reason I don't buy more is the shipping from the US, hence why my favourite strap maker is based in Australia (he's cheaper too).

Thank you! I’ve looked (very poorly) for local strap makers, I think I’ll take a serious look now haha

If you want to buy from Australia, I highly recommend https://www.jweskieswatchstraps.com/ especially for quality leather straps.

Perhaps you can look for a local leather artisan who crafts custom-made watch straps. That way, you also support your local artisans and micro enterprises. ;)

I just bought my first strap from Strapsco. This was for an older Speedmaster of mine with 18mm lugs. Given the $20 - 25 USD price, I am very impressed with it. I know nothing about their international shipping, but the product is well worth looking into.
