What can you tell me about this?

Hey guys just got this from my mom, my dad’s watch he stopped wearing decades ago. I know nothing about this brand take it it’s a “unisex” watch. Apparently he got it as a gift in 1995. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There appears to have been a Swiss manufacturer, Achille Hirsch, that used this brand name.  Who knows who may have owned the name by 1995.
