My Favorite Seiko The Glacier MMR SBDC167 / SPB299

I've had this one for almost 2 years, and it's still my favorite Seiko.

The Glacier dial is amazing, and the MMR case is the best one Seiko has.

That's a beauty Shane! That dial really is something else. And fantastic video you have on this watch as well, by the way.

I'm considering the "62 mas" version, SPB297, myself as a gift to mark finishing a degree and a career transition.

I’d go for it, man. This is the one diver in my collection. Despite my favorite being the Sarb017, and others newer to my collection, this watch keeps ending up on my wrist. When I tire of the great proportions, easy to grip bezel and nice case design, the dial keeps on entertaining. I think you won’t regret the purchase (unless you demand high accuracy from the movement. Unfortunately, owning 5 watches with 6R movements, I can report that they as a group deviate between -50 to +7 seconds a day with only one within spec.)

Couldn't agree more! The MM200 is the best diver case out there. Good job Seiko 👏

Got the very same, and love it. Such a great fit and sweet dimensions for my 7.25” wrist. Terrific dial colour too. Today I am wearing another 62MAS on rubber…

I had this one for a while. God knows why I sold it. Probably should've kept it.
