Lets choose case and bracelet material!

The collective build of the dress watch is ready to take the next step. Thanks for your votes on the logo question. In this case almost 60% voted for only logotype with no brandname under. It was without a doubt the most balanced alternative. Now, lets decide on material for the bracelet and case. Remember, this is going to turn out as a dress watch. Would you prefer Titanium or Stainless steel?

Grade 5 Titanium will require lot of work and research to get the desired bright finish and polished surfaces for a dress watch. The advantage being lighter watch but will also give the watch a very dull/grey finish.

316L steel is much better option for a dress watch. Getting the desired finish is much easy.

I agree with @nightfury95 I’m a huge fan of titanium but I can’t see myself buying a dress watch with it. Also a dress watch should be on the smaller side meaning you shouldn’t need the lightness. I say go with the steel.

Dress watch = precious metals if possible.

But sometimes stainless will have to satisfy us.

Stainless is enough when it comes to a dress watch. Titanium might be harder but from personal experience it scratches far more easily and with a slightly dulled tone compared to a shinier s/steel I don’t think it wears as good on a dress watch
