Parts Sources?

Hey WC fam, I was wondering if you could post your repair parts sources? I have a few new Seikos and am looking for replacement parts but I can't find a good source. I can find a few things on eBay and Esslinger and SEIKOSIS, but what other reputable sources do you have for repair parts, like crystals and gaskets and stems? In this particular instance, I'm talking about general Seikos (not GS), the common ones, e.g. this 5Y23:

That said, I'm also interested in other brands just as much, since I'm not just into Seikos, so if you have a source you're pleased with, please share. I know in due time I'll be using them. No sense reinventing the wheel.

Thanks in advance! 🍻

For Seiko / Modparts I always check CrystalTimes first. They're a US based company that has great service and I've always experienced super fast shipping. They might be a bit more expensive than overseas sellers but the service makes up for it.

I don't mind paying more for excellent service, thanks! 🍻

I don't think you'll find much for the 5Y23, but I hope you can prove me wrong. I was looking a while ago to work on my Father in law 's watch and needed the longer version of the stem. Couldn't find any. I finally bought a used non runner and got parts from that.

Ah, thanks for the information about your search. I guess we'll see. One would think that the plethora of Seikos sold to the masses would have good parts support, but maybe they're thinking that a 30 or 40 year-old watch at that price point doesn't need support or isn't worth it.
