Fake or trend?

Browsing Chrono24 i have discovered several watches with no dial, such as the credor in the photo. They are very similar despite coming from very different brands. They are presented as vintage or neo-vintage. What they also have in common is scarce information about them online. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of watch? Was this a trend at some time, or are they fakes with different brands stamped on the crystal?

It’s a skeletonized watch. It used to be more popular around the 2000‘s nothing fake about them. I also own one, back when I got mine I thought it’s interesting to see all the moving parts, unfortunately it can also show „too much“.

It’s legit. I had a full skeleton fashion watch back in the 2000s that I was obsessed with. Loved seeing the inner workings while on wrist.

Damn… thanks for sharing but now I might have to get this… I’ve been looking to scratch my itch for a skeleton dial for so long.

Feel free! I avoided sharing the watch I was considering😅

The above Credor is even on their site. If you want more info they use a very thin movement and it’s hand engraved. Most skeleton watches are over 40mm but this one is 35mm and done right. If you want more info, send me a message :). I’ve done a lot of research on this model
