Oh wow! Admittedly, I’m not really into Seiko, but this one blew me out of the water! Stunning watch.
Not usually a Quartz guy for watches unless it's a Casio, but the seconds hand on a sub dial minimizes the typical "tick" which makes the dial simple and elegant, alongside the classy case shape.

It is indeed. I was thinking of the SWR049 tank, but this design is timeless.
