Adria Vintage Swiss made watch

Good day everyone

I want to share this amazing gift that I received from my Brother in law for my 21st Birthday.

It is a watch from a brand called "Adria" I could not find a lot of information about this brand, maybe one of you knows something about it? :)
I replaced the original strap with this nice crocodile-style leather and it will now be my watch for those special occasions.

Go to @chronotriggered 's post here.

Follow some links and then come back and tell us why you think that it is a mid-century Kienzle. (I doubt that it is, more likely a Guda.)

Edit: I forgot to add that you watch is a very comely timepiece. It will get noticed.

Hi Aurelian, first of all thank you for your compliment :)

Honestly I dont know much if anything about Vintage watches, so I looked up Kienzle and Guda but I never said that it is one of those brands in the first place. The name on the dial is Adria, are they connected in any way? You confuse me a bit here ^^

Noticing the red date, and the font, I‘m veering towards an ETA movement, so maybe 24xx (2406?), mid-60s? In that ball park. It’s not an FHF 72-x as the date font is slightly wrong.

Look up Adria on Mikrolisk, it was a name used by many related companies.

That is very interesting, I did not know that this was a thing. Thank you very much for your insight :)
