Have owned many. Loved them all.
Any recommendations besides the Caliber 0200 which is out of my price range. I have a huge soft spot for Citizen watches, but have yet to purchase one of their automatic watches.
I have owned a Citizen Automatic for the past 2 years. (NJ0100-89A)
pros- nice finishing, solid construction, very nice dial, uncommon (not everyone owns one). Price (180)
cons- mineral crystal, bracelet quality -meh, not available in my country’s AD.
it uses a Miyota 8 series movement so there is some rotor noise. It doesn’t bother me but some people complain about it. Also it doesn’t hack. Again, not a big deal for me.
bottom line is that I have watches worth a lot more and I keep coming back to this one. I like the case shape and I have to be honest that having a watch that I rarely see on other people. It’s a well known brand with a rich history and i am impressed with the quality.
I have 3, calibers 8110, and two 8200a, all 3 of them functioning perfectly. Citizen gives you confidence, they are little warriors and yo will enjoy them very much
