Finished with "ali express"
I bought 3 Corgeut watches from Ali Express Corgeut store, at 3 different times over 6 months starting about 3 years ago.
The last one arrived with a manufacturer defect and neither Corgeut or Ali would do anything to replace or refund the defective watch so I was out $80.
I wore and enjoyed the other two occasionally for a couple years but as my watch collection has expanded, I have lost interest in wearing a "homage" watch. I just boxed them up and dropped them off at a local charity re-sale shop.
For $80 each, the quality of the first two was surprisingly good. Obviously the 3rd was not.
What have I learned? I want an Aqua Terra and will purchase one at some point. I don't care for the style of Railmasters.
Homage watches are no longer something I am interested in, but I understand the value they offer. If anyone is considering one from Ali, be aware that 33% of mine had a problem that Ali and Corgeut would not do anything about so I suggest you purchase with caution.

I agree. I prefer watches that scratch similar itches but are not traditional homage watches. Case in point, my pitzmann 2 fills my desire for an omega AT without being a direct homage.

Exactly... I have a thing for vintage style dive watches, but don't (currently) own any actual vintage watches. However, many of my watches have influenced style without being "homages"
BTW I like that Pitzmann, I wasn't aware of it

Oh yeah... Ive been considering Baltic for a while. I really like the AQUASCAPHE classic and the GMT.
Those watches have 3 movement options but the only good one is the NH35 which usually don't fail. The Seagull option is a nonstarter.
I’ve bought a few watches from Ali Express and as long as you remember you get what you pay for not had any issues. I ordered a tackle box from them and received it Friday. Wrong item, they sent me just a tackle box tray, I contacted them through their app and surprise they issued a full refund via PayPal that day! And told me to keep the item. So be smart and knowledgeable and you should do well with Ali Express.
