Aqua Terra

Any info or advise on this issue please. I absolutely love the 41mm Aqua Terra either blue or green teak dial. However, I'm not a fan of butterfly clasps or the high polish on the center links. If I did purchase this, I know I can have an experienced jeweler to take care of the bracelet, but does Omega have an optional diver style clasp like the one found on the Seamaster 300. I've seen after market bracelets but not interested in those. Thank you again for any info.

No idea, sorry - just commenting so I can follow this thread as I'm intrigued.

Get the watch, figure out the strap later. I’m speaking out of jealousy.

I would check to see if the bracelets are the same size. I think my SMP is 21mm if the AT is the same just buy a SMP clasp and put it on the AT. It might be a little spendy but it should be an easy fix.

Curious, what about the clasp dont you like? I seem to have a few pieces with the butterfly clasp and they seem to be just fine. They look dressier then the fold over sub clasps..anyway just my opinion. Enjoy the hobby

The rubber for that watch is the best strap option in my opinion.

I say get it on the rubber strap. I also bought their mesh strap and love the way it looks and feels.

Omega makes diver clasp and sells end links separately. However, as far as I know none of the end links will fit without irreversible modifications. I have filed down links to fit a different bracelet once, on a Casio but steel is steel. If you're on a mission, it can be done.

What might work more easily is fitting a whole bracelet from a different watch. Maybe a Planet Ocean bracelet with 20mm lugs, those are already brushed. I don't know whether it would fit, just something you might want to check out.

I tried the white dial with rubber strap and absolutely loved it. I may just get that and purchase a jubilee style from strapcode as seen on the Random Rob YouTube channel.
