Driver watch

Anyone have any suggestions for affordable driver watches that are not chronographs?

Can you give us a price range?

$500 max

In no specific order, Casio, Seiko and Citizen watches.

Casio Duro seems a really popular starter dive watch. ~$50

For under $500, I suggest looking at Islander. Lots of "bang for the buck". Quality components and they stand behind their products. (& their bracelets are far better than you'd expect on a sub $500 watch)

#baltany makes a really nice VC homage for $295. There's also a small seconds version for $169. There's also the #vostok Retro Prestige, but those are hard to find. #vario recently released a pilot watch that's also like a driver.

If you like the look, the Nodus Sector Dive is definitely worth consideration. Only white & red currently in stock. You can choose between DLC and stainless bezels. I have a Red Tide with the stainless and love it

My SKX is classic, but out of production. Currently I’d suggest an Orient. Mako 3, Kamasu, etc.. my brother has a Mako and it’s very nice.

Used Tagheuer Formula 1 time only watches are pretty affordable.

The AliX Baltany VC homage historiques as mentioned by madminuteman here are great too.

The autodromo watches are pricier but great sriver watches too.
