Loving the Seiko Sharp Edge SPB169J1❤️
One month and a half ago I was looking to buy my first real watch, and got caught by how beautiful the dial of this Seiko SPB169J1 is.
Since then, I’ve been looking and buying different straps to find the perfect one strap. I’ve bought brown leather strap, sail cloth, perlon and black saffiano leather. Well, I haven’t found the perfect one (and don’t think I will after reading lots and lots of WC post regarding straps) strap to rule them all, but this last purchase of a custom green horween leather strap with “off-white” stitching color looks great on the Seiko SPB169J1.

Sharp sharp edge on that one. I’m leaning towards to red colorway (my job is blood 🩸). The hemp pattern is so common in Japanese designs and looks great on a watch face.

Actually before making the purchase, I went to 2 Seiko Stores and all they have are the blue, Black and Red color. The green one was sold out and I was very close to pulling the trigger on the red one, but ended up found the patient in me to wait and see if other stores have it. but overall, on all colors the hemp pattern is gorgeous.
