Anyone get so excited that they track the flight that contains your new watch? Departed from Doha, Qatar and currently over the Atlantic.
I took a chance on a vintage titanium Alba watch from a vintage collector in Pakistan. I realize anything from the East has a certain amount of risk when buying, but as far as I can tell it all looks original. At least eBay is pretty good about refunds and returns if it isn't. I guess we'll see.
Anyone else waiting impatiently for a new purchase?

No, but looks like your purchase is gonna pass directly over my area of eastern "Kanuckistan" very shortly! If can get 'em to land, I'll check it out for ya 😀 😉
I'll wire you some money if you can grease some palms at customs 🛃
I can confirm that Ebay is a good place for customer care if the item is not as described. Although sending it back to another country would be a hassle and not cheap either. But however, I've ordered a watch from Pakistan too and it was perfect. No complaints.
Good luck with our purchase. I'm currently waiting on one from Germany. Hopefully sometime next week 🙏
How did you correlate the shipment with the actual flight? Asking for a friend. 😜

They actually listed the flight number that the package was assigned to. I don't get a lot of international stuff so I'm not sure if that's the norm. And then i got a flight departure notification in my tracking so i knew for sure it was this flight today
I have two Vintage Walden chronographs in transit as we speak. They will arrive tomorrow. I love to follow the progression of my DHL shipped purchases.
