My first watch from Christmas 2004 age 14
This is my first watch my parents got me one Christmas when I was 14 years old.
It’s a swatch Irony
And it was my only watch for a long time so it seen a lot of wear scratches and all at the time I didn’t know anything about watches but I thought it looked cool still do now I know a more about watches I can see it takes a lot of inspiration from the speedmaster. It’s a quartz movement inside wasn’t to year later I learned and started having a appreciation for mechanical watches.

Much better to have this than one of the modern versions. I have an original pop swatch & the first of their ultra thins & I’m confident if I put a battery in them they would start ticking immediately!

You have to love your first watch, that's a cracker, I liked them back in the day and still do. The strap as held up ok also.

I got a new swatch same throw back style like the once had late 80s. I hardly wear it and now the date won’t adjust!

I know riiiight... Mind you I've never really looked at a Swatch, except their Irony series. This one has a faulty second hand which doesn't align to the numeral 12 but I do like the totally retro vibes n the price is crazy... 😁 What's the WR rating, would you happen to know? 🤔
