Well, it wouldn’t be up to Tissot, but TSG and Eta. Ask Tissot. I figured that TSG will keep the PM 80s solely for TSG brands, but will keep around the others for its remaining clients as well as for parts.
Powermatic 80 has replaced the old ETA movements across Tissot and other lower tier Swatch brand lines under different names. With that said, Tissot still uses ETA in some higher end models and/or handwind models. I prefer the faster best rate of the ETA, but the Powermatic 80 is a solid movement and nothing to view negatively outside of it's slower beat rate IMO.
