I've been eyeing the vintage look Aquascaphe and resisted booking an appointment at their store because I knew I'd walk away with one! The one I really, really want they don't do which is the black vintage looking one with a GMT movement, if that was to appear, I'd be there tomorrow.
@balticwatches you listening! 😄 (Worth a go Etienne! 😄 )
Is it better or worse than the most common Copper?
From the little I researched the Baltic (aluminum bronze) will Patina slower than the others (tin bronze). Not necessarily better, but a different look.
This is my Phoibos (CuSn8). Also I don’t force the Patina, just let it happen.

I chose black because I do not see Blue Gilt 😂
Black bezel, bronze lettering, hands, and case.
Kinda sorta eyeing the Bronze one actually. It’s CuAl8 vs. the more common CuSn8 (which I already have two of).
