One of my favorite type of straps are Sailcloth straps.

Do you have any recommendations from any brand who makes good Sailcloth straps?

Artem sailcloth straps are great. Relatively expensive but very comfortable and durable. Plenty of reviews of them on YouTube etc.

Artem is probably going to monopolize the suggestion box here. One not tried them, but have only heard glowing reviews.

Are artem straps leather backed? I know they do a hydro strap now.

Got these from our local e-comm platform similar to AliExpress for $4.00 each. Store name is Stanchev. Quite happy with its supple, comfortable wear on wrist while still feeling robust.
