Just true patina on the bezel insert has faded blue I don’t think that this one was used for diving because it has no rust or salt damage or pitting on any of the surfaces on ones that have been used for diving this will show under the bezel. Good spotting the hour hand is a replacement 6139, minute and seconds hands original have kept the original hour hand.
