To flip or not to flip? Do I just kid myself?

For me, all too often after I take a few wrist watch check photos for a post I look at them and think "Damn, that's not a bad looking watch" and "Maybe I should rethink possibly letting this one go". Maybe that's why my almost 3 years term to reduce to 3 has me at 13+ (if I counted right) is taking so long.
Anyways... trying on yet another strap option I haven't done before breathes a little more life into appreciating the watch and it's possibilities. My Glycine Combat Sub 39 GL0400 on a MN Black Ops with Blue Center Stripe from Erika's Original.

Looks great, but everything looks great on an Erika's MN.

Find your reasons for wearing a watch. That will help cut down the stuff that doesn't fit.

For me it's: Comfort. Features. Quality. - anything that doesn't fit gets cut (except one cheap beater).

And find a motivation to sell them. What else can you do with the money? Another hobby or even a local charity if that's your thing.

Glycine did a lot right with that watch.  Taking the classic Rolex-style face and moving the date to six o'clock does wonders for the symmetry of the dial.

I agree. It's also pretty cool what adding a 24hr scale near indexes gives a pretty different look and feel as well. Brings back more tool, maybe even military-esque, vibes. I think befitting to the "Combat Sub" moniker.
