Brilliant service from a watch company?
Can anyone give a good example of a time a watch company went above and beyond?
My example is this - popped in to Rolex London HQ in St. James Sq. today to get the battery replaced on my Oysterquartz. They offered same day replacement service for free. Not only that but a super pleasant atmosphere. Really great! 👌

I have historically had excellent service from the Cartier boutique in San Francisco. Most recently, they helped recondition the bracelet for my Roadster free of charge.
