Kinda hard to vote on this one as they are so dissimilar for comparison. I’d just go with your gut and get the one you want, tho I’d personally go for the Seiko (I have the DH 1962, but have never owned a Seiko 5 😱)
Voted for Seiko, but it really depends on what you expect from these watches and if you have other watches (or plan to get some). I wouldn't like to end up with an only Dan Henry Chronograph. I wouldn't mind ending up with an only Seiko DressKX. Design wise they are both gorgeous.

I ordered the 1964 (slate grey) and the reflection on the dial made me send it back...super happy with the 1970 though...can't speak for the SRPE63
