Swiss Watch Expo

I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with Swiss Watch Expo. It m considering a watch from them through Chrono 24 and everything looks great. However looking at reviews and the BBB website they have multiple complaints and issues. However buyers can be liars as well especially if they make a regret purchase. Anyone here have any feedback ? Thanks for the input all !

I have had my run with SwissWatchExpo.. I was supposed to send them federal wire transfer and accidentally sent them direct deposit. The money got stuck for 3 months where they couldn't help me get it back for 90 days after repeated calls and emails. However, end of 90 days they returned the money. That was financial situation resolved but gave me sleepless nights.

I still bought an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT and the watch was amazing and was at very competitive price.. One of my favorites. Few months into it, the jumping hour function stopped working. I called them and send the watch back since they offered 18 months warranty. They fixed it apparently with original parts from Omega and has been working since. I hope it never breaks after the warranty expires.

I liked their service and honesty. I know from a youtube video that they have their own watch repair and service shop and pretty good at servicing watches should there be a problem.

Having said all of that, I have found a AD for my Omega watches and get it from AD because of the relationship and service. Will I use SwissWatchExpo again? Probably, if I find something that I like..

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot @Half_Life - this seems pretty much what I found reading through the site. I’m pretty much going to pull the trigger as they seem to be very aggressive on the price and have enough verbiage in place to make me feel pretty confident in them. I appreciate the input !
