Its interesting why i decided on some of my watches to buy. The Formex and Omega i got both in 2020. The seamaster because of you tube influencers and what i didnt realize my choices were still based on others thoughts. If i had stayed with Omega, my choice would either have been the railmaster or seamaster 300. But I should have gotten the bracelet ... i know now. But its grown on me and i appreciate it more. The Formex was an impulse buy because i just liked how different it looked. This is truly a joy to wear on bracelet and strap or nato. Work. Vacation. On trail walks. Yes! Finally (sorry for the length) the swisswatchcompany ive follwed for years. The hyper g is just awesomeness!! ... for me. The size. A strap monster. So legible and reliable. I knew it would join my collection. Not perfect but very close. Im glad my choices havent always been everywhere. Ive grown alot in finding out the watches that work for me. My choices have lead me to where i am now ... with alot of great memories.
Originally from San Francisco living in maryland now. Been a watch enthusiast for about a decade. Love many brands but never go overboard with prices. Collection includes formex tsaobaltimore swcusa....

I agree the watch market can lead you down paths you dont realize. I think at some point we all fall for it, if you admit it or not! I have a Formex essence as well and enjoy it. Very easy to wear.
