If you look at the sub-dials, it appears to be a perpetual calendar and not a chronograph. That, I think is a giveaway that this one is indeed a fake.

@Olivier nailed it. Breitling did make annual calendar chronograph navitimers, but the lack of any Chrono function with the Chrono pushers is a dead giveaway.
Also the bracelet doesn't have characteristic slanted links.
