Watches in movies: Easy money
Rodney Dangerfield and Joe Pesci star in this early 80s comedy. Dangerfield plays Monty Capuletti, and wears a gold color watch which I can’t identify. Dangerfield doesn’t look particularly Italian to me but he pulls it off.
Pesci wears a diver of some sort which I also don’t recognize.
Perhaps most interestingly, all men in the film wear pinky rings along with their wedding rings. Dangerfield also wears an Italian pepper/horn and cross dual pendant on a thick rope chain.
Mixing metals doesn’t seem to be an issue with him, as he wears what appears to be a white gold or silver pinky ring next to his gold wedding band.

Prop watches and prop jewelry probably back then.
Could it be that Rodney is wearing an Omega La Magique DeVille? Or maybe some other DeVille? Pachino’s Tony Montana wore that and the films both came out in 83.
I mix metals, but I keep it to a silver and black colorscheme with the metals.
Fun fact: the Dangerfield gag line "I get no respect at all" came from an Italian gentleman he overheard complaining about the people he was with.

It’s possible but I don’t see any examples via google search that have a bracelet like the one in the movie.

At the end of the movie after striking it rich, Pesci is wearing a gold watch which appears to be a Piaget polo. I adore this era of watch design.
