To some watch nerds that sounds like a bad thing - not a proper perpetual calendar then. But, that is only a bad thing if that is either your only watch [and who here has only one] or the thing lives pernanently on a watchwinder when not on your wrist. Other than that, a true perpetual has the downside of being more complicated to set.
