Thinking About a Bracelet Upgrade
I love polished stainless steel, and part of me wants to get a nicer bracelet, but I think I like the look of the fully brushed bracelet on this particular watch. There are some really nice looking BOR and polished flat link bracelets out there, and they are so tempting.
We’ll see, but I don’t think I’ll spend 40% the cost of the watch on a bracelet that looks exactly the same. I‘m sure it would feel better on wrist though, with solid end links.
But on the other hand, I don’t think I’ll ever sell this watch, I truly love it. So I won’t feel guilty putting a little money into it.
This is what watches do to the brain 😂 I thought I was convinced.

reading this thread is like watching myself from the future 😂. i got the same watch as yours, since its my first mechanical watch im not planning to buy another diver or sell it. so my plan was to upgrade it, just like your plan i already spent 40% cost of the watch just to buy miltat/strapcode bracelet with exactly same model (oyster bracelet). you can read it on my review here, just for the recap it is nicer than the original. but quality isnt too far from the original🍺

Thank you for leaving The review! I know lol it’s a big dilemma. I think I will pause on purchasing it, but I don’t want to miss my opportunity.
Thought about that with my Seiko 5 as well! But I came to the conclusion that I want to buy more watches first before spending relatively much on a bracelet. Maybe I'll do it in the future.
