So this 0s20 broke and I want to replace it because the dial is beautiful. But I was thinking of sticking in meca quartz to get a sweep in. What measurements do I need to check to make sure it fits? Or is that movement unique?

The movements are not the same height.
0S20 = 4.06mm
VK63 = 5.1mm
That could give you a problem with stem height, as well as caseing up.
They are also not quite the same shape.
0S20 being round at 30.4mm. VK63 having 2 flat edges, being 30.8mm X 29.1mm
Dial feet are nowhere near each other either.
Hand sizes are different too.
