Yes. Unfortunately, prices are higher than they've ever been. Buying now is rough. More and more people feel like you do. Watches are insanely popular for now. I think, sadly, a drop in the number of enthusiasts is coming.

It wasn't joking unfortunately. I pointed out the name right on the watch and the lightbulb went on. It just shows what Rolex is here for: status. They hate the enthusiast.
The PRX is definitely on a short list with the Seiko! But does it have the hard coating for high scratch resistance? I didn't notice if it did. The only reason I wanted the Seiko over this on was Seiko used a special coating. But if the PRX has it, it's an easy win.
