I don't consider myself a watch collector. I am more of a watch enthusiast.
I currently have the Casioak, Seiko Prospex Solar and Longines Master Collection (given by the employer).
My 2 dream watches are Baltic MR01 Salmon dial and Grand Seiko Spring Drive with the snowflake dial.
