Assembling my first watch
I’m looking to purchase all parts individually likely from Etsy then assemble them all together for my own custom watch. I’m curious; how am I supposed to know that everything will fit properly? Have any of y’all done this? If so, what are y’all’s tips?

the case will say wich movement fits in it, and then buy the dial , hands, stem and crown for the movement... I've built a few watches from AliExpress parts using the nh35 movement and they turned out great. If you are patient, I'd sugest using AE as you will find the exact same parts as on Ebay or Etsy, but cheaper ... But be aware, even there you are getting what you are paying for. Ive got 2 dials with similar design, one for 5£, one for 20£ and the difference in quality was huge, much more than the price would sugest.
