Heading into just my 3rd year of watch collecting (aka hoarding) and after decades of collecting cars I have discovered it's much easier sneaking a watch into the house rather than a vehicle into the driveway. Looking for groups that don't judge the wearer by the watch and occasionally meet for brews and conversation.

That Seiko is unusual - I don't think I've seen one like that before.
You should ask @JaeBust how he gets away with sneaking new cars into the garage!
That Seiko is beautiful. How many watches total in your collection?

100+ working, wearable or so. Not a very focused collection other than a large number of Seiko, Titoni, Felca and Hamilton. Maybe 10 or so marquee watches like a Speedy, Explorer, Day Date, etc.

That's cool as fish!
What Titoni's do you have? I have my dads 50's Airmaster.

Welcome on board, and that's a great looking Seiko! 👌

Thank you! Still learning this platform but so far I'm seeing good people with some very interesting watches.
Wow, that's a great collection! I'm really surprised that Titoni are not better known in the UK and US. They're obviously an excellent brand still, with some really nice pieces, but they just don't seem to distribute to the usual markets.
The one I have that was my dad's (the gold coloured one) I had serviced and it runs great, keeping good time, despite being about 70 years old. The blue dial one was an ebay special that ticks reliably, but it's timekeeping is all over the place, so there's something not right. I don't have the sentimental connection to that one to spend a load getting it fixed. I like the look of it though.

Welcome. Is that Seiko your favourite with the most wrist time?

Thanks for asking! I'm still fairly new to collecting. I started in 2019 with Omega and Rolex but after a year or two I found that Seiko offered a variety of good watches at price points that didn't tie up too much money. Most "regular" days I wear a Seiko but for special days I'll wear something more premium. The last year or so I've been focused on vintage Felca (now Titoni) because no one else seems to collect them even though it's a Swiss 100+ year old family owned company with an interesting history. How about you, are you a Seiko fan?
Im an unintentional car collector myself (yea, its my wife interested in new and more luxurious cars, while im content with old clunkers... while my watches just sort of grew in time.

Those old clunkers were certainly easier for me to work on. More room in the engine bay to maneuver around in and fewer electronics.
I'm down to four vehicles and four trailers after letting my three oldest cars go including this '70 Lincoln Continental.
Let's see what the next collecting chapter holds!
