IWC Petit Prince or Omega Aqua Terra blue

Hello watch lovers,

I am really considering getting an Omega Aqua Terra, one of the previous versions with vertical deck dial in blue in 38,5 cm.

I already own the IWC Mark XVIII petit prince in blue, and I really love it, when wearing the watch inside the dial is a mat dark blue, almost black and outside in the sun the blue dial really pops...it´s extremely gorgeous.

So I was thinking this one might look too similar to the Aqua terra in blue....so perhaps I should let go then my IWC....or not even get the AT at all.....as they so similar.

What do you guys think.....IWC or Omega AT....or both ?

Cheers,

Marco

I would go Omega, as you allready have an IWC :)

How about an aqua terra in green? :)

Aqua Terra is a nice piece, but I actually prefer that IWC. I generally don't sell a watch to buy another in case I regret it. Try both for a while. If you stop wearing the IWC as a result, sell it on.

I am a sucker for blue dials :-).....although the Sandstone dial of the new Aqua Terra line looks amazing....might be an option

I'm like Richierich don't like to sell to buy.

I would look to add the Omega AQT blue but on the rubber strap, i have an AQT and this is perfect for me with a suit at work. Or put it on NATO, will give you a different look

This probably doesn't help you. Sorry

The Aqua Terra can seem a little too clean and dressy, which is great if that's what you want. I love the IWC Mark 18 blue. It's so versatile.  It can be dressed down and up effortlessly. I am also in the process of acquiring a 40mm petit prince, but with a leather strap. 🙌🏾

yeah, that´s true...the IWC Petit Prince is very versatile.....I really love it.....just be 100% sure you dont´t want to buy it on the bracelet, you can always put it on a leather strap later......it´s the best bracelet I ever had, better than my Rolex/Omega bracelets....it´s amazing engineering and has 1mm microadjusts on the fly in the clasp.....and it will cost you around 1.400 € if you want to buy it separately afterwards.

Good to know. Thanks for that.
