I just realized that when I joined I never did an intro post. My name is Scott and I've been collecting watches off and on for a couple years. I've tried some different brands and styles and have finally dialed in what I like. Surprisingly, it's Casio and the F91W. That's pretty much all I wear now. I like that it's so small that I barely notice I'm wearing it, yet has plenty of functionality for a great price. As I mentioned in another post, I grew up in the late 70s and early 80s and am a child of Star Wars, GI Joe, Transformers, etc. I guess this little watch always reminds me a bit of a futuristic look at that time. I love looking at everyone's posts with their watches and learning more, but for me anyway, I'm content with the F91W. You all probabaly think I'm crazy. LOL. I hope to meet some new friends here and continue to see more beautiful watches. Thanks for having me.

Welcome to the fun, Scott! Love your take. I have a few different watches from all ranges, but am wearing my Timex today!
Surprisingly, you are not the only watch enthusiast here with only one watch. I can't for the life of me remember who atm, but other folks like you do exist and sometimes I am envious that looking at & talking about watches is enough for them.
Welcome and vicariously enjoy our collective insanity.
I think you’re safe with that one. Most people don’t seem to have a problem with the F91W that one’s not going to stir up too much controversy.
Anyway welcome to WC.

I have multiple F91Ws in different colors with more I plan to buy. I'm not sure if that qualifies me as a one watch guy or not.
Thanks for the kind words.

Ah, so you ascribe to my wife's take on fashion; find a thing you like and buy all the colors. Nice!
Welcome to WC!
Glad to have you! So wait, you only the F91W and no other watches? Which let me just say, that's totally fine if that's the case! I'm just curious 😊
Welcome,
I can see that. They are awesome
Welcome to the family

I have a few other watchers but have slowly been giving them away to my son and grandkids. I gave my son 2 Citizen Eco Drives. I gave my grandkids a couple cheaper Casios. I still have a 5600 G Shock, Calculator Watch, Casio Royale, Casio A158, and a newer style Casio Illuminator. They will eventually be phased out and gifted since I never wear any of them anymore.

I see! I think that's awesome - gifting your watches to people you know/love is a beautiful thing. Hard to convey and explain receiving a gifted watch from someone special. Well done 🤝
