I have both and they have very different usefulnesses (that's probably not a word). But if you don't want to buy both then go for the 5610. That one has everything you will ever need from a timepiece (but it's not dressy)

I think the 5600 is an objectively better watch, but I own the 2100.
As someone who owns both of these timepieces, go with the 5610. It's the better watch.
