Birth year watch
Just wondering if anybody has a birth year that coincides with the release of a special or iconic watch.
For me it is the seiko 62mas and being a seiko fan that's great.. although I'll never own one 😔

The Omega Seamaster ST 366.0846 was introduced the year I was born. And yep, I’ll probably never own one either.

I have a Patek Calatrava that I inherited from my father that is my birth year and was left to me after he passed. I did the similar, when my son was born. I bought a 2012 Rolex Submariner which I will give to him when he turns 18. Until then it is lightly worn and well loved.
