Ebel is cool in a very 80s Don Johnson kind of way but mostly I just really like the wave bracelet

Agreed! The brushing and polishing are unlike anything else I have ever experienced. It feels like a luxury piece when I hold it. More so than any of my TAG Heuer’s haha

It’s not, unfortunately. Ebel seemed to have moved away from that and have been using a lot of Sellita based movements lately.
This one is powered by a higher grade Ronda quartz movement. I tend to really appreciate quartz, and this watch is mostly about the bracelet for me anyway haha. I do love the older Sport Classic models with the Zenith movements. As someone who loves quartz, I want to pick up one of their 90s models with their in house/shared with Cartier quartz movements.

As you and others have said - the 90's cool of this watch is fantastic. Ebel is having a moment for that very reason I think.
