Waiting for this Casio Duro to arrive!

Hi everyone!

As I mentioned in some discussions, Casio Duro is pretty expensive in my country (Kazakhstan). It retails at the online shop for ridiculous 77.500 Tenge (about 175 Dollars.)

So I got a nice deal with a dude from Atyrau (my neihbour town near the Caspian) for half the price, 35000 Tenge, or 78 Dollars. This is a new Casio MDV-106, black color. For the US it is still too expensive, but here in Kazakhstan this is the best price.

So now I'm tracking the shipping and waiting for it to join the Duro club.

Congratulations! Looking forward to see the photos of the watch on your wrist!

·

Honestly, the watch is so well made I wouldn’t mind paying $80 for it here in the US. Congrats!

Well done good bargain hunting

Yeesh. $175 USD for a Duro is steep. But the price you ultimately bought this for is probably less than the US price when you factor in shipping and maybe import duties.

Congrats. Sometimes the hunt is what makes this hobby fun.

Dang that sucks. It’s like 50-75 bucks in the US sorry man but congrats anyway it’s a great piece!

Awesome post! 🤩

Of course I will do it! And I'm going to pour it into the sea and take photos of it a lot.

Anyway, you can't get it for less in my country. And I've traded for it! Shipping from the US or Europe would be much more expensive and long.

Thank you very much! I had to trade a little bit to get this price. I hope, soon I'll get this watch and post it. The town it was sent from is not so far from my city.
