I don't care for A, pretty confused dial. Between the others, the Roman numerals are more formal than the Arabics, so it depends on what you want, dressy or casual.
On the Version 8, I think you have to manually advance the Day, not a quick-set like the conventional window Day type. That can be a real pain for someone who changes watches often.

I like the small seconds.
Not a fan of Roman numerals and the dial layout of the version 8 is a hot mess.

For me, A has the best dial and hands , but it's just my opinion, don't let others choose your watch, it has to be what you like.

I like A. It's just cool
I value the extra features on A, but B & C have the cleaner dials. The champagne on C looks great in pictures
I have the off-white V2 and it looks great. Definitely a vintage vibe.
If all odd lug, C, love the subtle yet contrast hands with dial colour.
I’ve also got the off white V2 and it’s great. If I was starting again I’d buy the small seconds though.
