Well the Monaco can't be the best all rounder...it's square! I have the Speedy and the Seamaster Diver 300M (blue) - both great watches. But I noticed your Sub choice is a 5-digit ref, and not the current ref fat lugged Sub. So I'd have to go with the Sub in this instance.
Have all..Sub, but not sure where you can find one for that price. Does all of the above well. Note, would have picked a number of others over the other three if balancing those three is a priority; GO SeaQ, 58, and a number of other dive/gmts.
Speedy - is wonderful, but I have the prev gen and the bracelet is meh and it borders on a little large at times. Definitely not meant for any sport, so that rules it out.
SMP300 - Also great watch on a rubber strap, but totally rubbish at what it looks like it is supposed to do, dive. A dive watch that cannot be taken to the ocean without lots of care after is out of the competition for me.
Monaco - The only sport it is doing is motorsports. It is chunky and not comfortable at times. Will not fit under any dress cuff, so I am afraid it is out.
Sub. It looks better, has better dimensions and I like the bracelet more than the others. It is also well rounded and snazzy enough to work in the office. I'm not biased though ๐. 6-7k though??
Seamaster. It's my 2nd least favorite of the four. However, if I could only have one of those to be an office, leisure and sport, then I'll chose the Seamaster.

Could one dive in it? Sure if you do not care about the use of bezel or bracelet. Try to turn the bezel in ocean conditions, it is the worst. Then try to turn the bezel after you left the ocean without a warm hot water bath, in my experience it is quite challenging. Also lack of adjustment on the regular bracelet would make it hard for divers. The only diving the SMP 300 does is desk diving, which is honestly fine for most.

That's why I did chose the Sub. $6-7k would be a hell of a deal.

Were you the one that told me about 300s having a bezel that gunks up with sand and salt?

Maybe, it is a common issue for the bezel. Again, I have it, I love the watch and wear it more than many in the collection, I just stopped wearing it to the beach.

I'm not the biggest fan of Seamasters, but this has me shaken. ๐ฐ

If it's good enough for Heisenberg... Monaco is the way to go ๐
If those, the SM
For me personally, a sports watch would be choice #1, #2 and #3
